Personal Data are collected and processed to enable the Data Controller to provide its services, as well as for the following purposes: browsing statistics, user contact.
The Data are processed exclusively for institutional purposes of the writer, or dependent on legal obligations, including the adoption of security measures.
The Data may also be processed for marketing and advertising purposes.

4. RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA

6. RETENTION PERIOD AND RETENTION CRITERIA
In compliance with the provisions of Article 13 paragraph 2 letter a) of the EU Regulation 2016/679, the personal data provided by you will be stored in a form that allows the identification of data subjects for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which the personal data were obtained and processed and will eventually be destroyed.

7. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
The Data Subject may at any time exercise the rights reserved to him/her, enshrined in Articles 15 et seq. of EU Reg. 2016/679. In particular, the data subject has the right to request from the data controller access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of the processing of personal data concerning him or her or to object to their processing, as well as the right to data portability, to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her exist, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form. Where the processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) or Article 9(2)(a), the Data Subject has the right to withdraw consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal. The Interested Party has the right to obtain: the updating, rectification, or, when interested, the integration of data; the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose storage is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed.
The Data Subject also has the right to object in whole or in part: on legitimate grounds to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection; to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

In compliance with the provisions of Article 15 letter f) of the aforementioned EU Regulation, the Data Subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 20 of the same EU Regulation, in the event of a request for data portability, the Data Controller will provide you with the requested data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
