From 24 December 2024 to 28 December 2025, the Catholic Church celebrates the Ordinary Jubilee, also called the Holy Year. It is a great event of faith which brings with it the richness of Grace and Mercy.
According to the instructions of Pope Francis in the Bull of Indiction “Spes non confundit”, the 2025 Jubilee will be dedicated in particular to hope.
In the Holy Land the Jubilee opened with a Solemn Mass on 29 December in Nazareth, In a message, the Catholic Ordinaries of the Holy Land invited the faithful to “live this jubilee intensely, to take part in the pastoral and spiritual initiatives which will be proposed in their respective communities,” in particular the pilgrimage to the Holy Places.
